Today’s education system is knowledge based, but it isn’t teaching our kids the skills they need to succeed in LIFE.  We give kids the opportunity to develop values, independent thinking, teamwork and empathy.  Whether it’s sports, the arts, or entrepreneurship, we must demonstrate alternate paths to content mastery.  Our program helps develop these essential skills through sports.

Athletics can:

  • Challenge reactions to new obstacles and situations.

  • Help them understand that the same solution doesn’t necessarily work every time, even in the same situation.

  • Teach resilience, hard work, discipline, perseverance and so much more.

Youth sports can be a catalyst for growth and change.

Kids learn to become better teammates and better people through sports participation.  While focusing on t heir discipline, kids participating in youth sports are also subconsciously practicing for something even more important than sports:  ADULT LIFE.

The 7 Pillars Program Teaches:

  • Teamwork

  • Respect

  • Discipline

  • Structure

  • Perserverance
